Shut off Day

If you are paying after 4:30 on Friday, February 13, you MUST include the $40 non-payment fee or your water will be shut off.
Shut off is Tuesday, February 17. Pay online 24/7 at georgetownil.net or drop in our drop box. Walk-up and drive-up windows are open 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Reminder: The City Hall, Street & Alley, and Water & Sewer departments are closed on Monday, February 16 in observance of President's Day.

Avoid postal delays by signing up for paperless billing! Call the city hall at 217-662-2525 to have your water bill emailed to you.
