Georgetown Community Ladies Club

Established May 1957

The Georgetown Ladies Community Club (GLCC) is a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs Illinois 18th District. They meet the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Senior Center at 7:00 pm. The GLCC supports the Georgetown Public Schools and Library as well as Georgetown Township. They sponsor the Holiday Parade in November, The Holiday Gathering and the The Townwide Rummages. The GLCC donates to the Library's Summer Reading Program and the Jessica Roach Memorial Scholarship Fund. For Georgetown's children, they sponsor contests during the year for different holidays. The City appreciates everything the GLCC does to make our city a wonderful place to live.
