Water bills were mailed yesterday, August 17. Bills are due on Tuesday, September 8th, by 4:30 pm. A 10% penalty will be added for bills received after 4:30. Shut off is Monday, September 14th, to avoid the $40 non-payment fee, bills must be received by 4:30 on Friday, September 11. Pay online 24/7 at georgetownil.net or drop in the drop box. Windows are open Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

The City Hall, Street & Alley, and Water & Sewer Department will be closed Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

Avoid postal delays by signing up for paperless billing! Call the city hall at 217-662-2525 to have your water bill emailed to you.
