Eastern IL Food Bank

The Eastern Illinois Food Bank will be set up in the parking lot of the First Church of Christ from 2:45 - 3:30 pm on April 23. Please visit their website for qualifications.
Regular City Council Meeting
Begins: 5/6/2024 - 7:00 pm
Ends: 5/6/2024 - 9:00 pm
There will be a regular council meeting at 7 pm on Monday, May 6, at the City hall. The public is welcome. You can find the agenda on the government tab under Meeting agendas & minutes.
Water Bill Due Date
Begins: 5/6/2024 - 8:00 am
Ends: 5/6/2024 - 4:30 pm
Water bills are due May 6, 2024. If you pay after May 6th there will be a 10% penalty added. Pay on our website or drop in the drop box 24/7. The drive up window and lobby are open Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Water Shut off
Begins: 5/13/2024 - 8:00 am
Ends: 5/13/2024 - 4:30 pm
Water Shut off day is May 13. You must pay your bill by 4:30 on Friday, May 10 to avoid the $40 Non Payment Fee. If you are paying after 4:30 on May 10, you MUST include the $40 NPF or your water will be shut off.
Regular City Council Meeting
Begins: 5/20/2024 - 7:00 pm
Ends: 5/20/2024 - 9:00 pm
There will be a regular council meeting at 7 pm on May 20, at the Georgetown City Hall. The public is welcome. The Agenda can be found on the government tab under Meeting Agendas & Minutes.
Good Friday - City Hall Closed
Begins: 5/27/2024 - 8:00 am
Ends: 5/27/2024 - 4:30 pm
The City Hall, Streets & Alley, and Water & Sewer Departments will be closed on Monday, May 27 in observance of Memorial Day.
