Water Shut off
Begins: 9/16/2024 - 8:00 am
Ends: 9/16/2024 - 4:30 pm
Water Shut off day is September 16. You must pay your bill by 4:30 on Friday, September 13 to avoid the $40 Non Payment Fee. If you are paying after 4:30 on September 13, you MUST include the $40 NPF or your water will be shut off.
Regular City Council Meeting

There will be a regular council meeting at 7 pm on Monday, September 16 at the Georgetown City Hall. The public is welcome. The agenda will be posted under the Governement tab and Meeting Agenda & Minutes.
Eastern IL Food Bank
Begins: 9/24/2024 - 2:45 pm
Ends: 9/24/2024 - 3:30 pm
The Eastern Illinois Food Bank will be set up in the parking lot of the First Church of Christ from 2:45 - 3:30 pm on September 24. Please visit eifoodbank.org for qualifications.
Regular City Council Meeting

There will be a regular Council Meeting at 7 pm on Monday, October 7th at the City Hall. The public is welcome. The agenda can be found on the government tab under meeting agendas & minutes.
Water Bill Due Date
Begins: 10/7/2024 - 8:00 am
Ends: 10/7/2024 - 4:30 pm
Water bills are due Octobber 7, 2024. If you pay after October 7th there will be a 10% penalty added. Pay on our website or drop in the drop box 24/7. The drive up window and lobby are open Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Columbus Day

The City Hall, Streets & Alley, and Water & Sewer Department will be closed on Monday, October 14 in honor of Columbus Day.
