Georgetown Community Ladies ClubEstablished May 1957
The Georgetown Ladies Community Club (GLCC) is a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs Illinois 18th District. The GLCC supports the Georgetown Public Schools and Library as well as Georgetown Township. They sponsor the Holiday Parade in November, The Holiday Gathering and the The Townwide Rummages. The GLCC donates to the Library's Summer Reading Program and the Jessica Roach Memorial Scholarship Fund. For Georgetown's children, they sponsor contests during the year for different holidays. Golden Eagles is a charitable organization dedicated to helping those in need. They accept donations of home-health medical equipment and then lend it out to anyone in need in Georgetown. They are also involved in the annual Christmas Baskets program.

Rainbow Girls International Order of the Rainbow for Girls
Meeting Place: Georgetown Masonic Lodge 113 W. West St. Georgetown 1st and 3rd Monday of each month 6:30 pm
For girls aged 10 - 18. Rainbow gets girls ready for life! The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls helps teach girls leadership skills, public speaking, value of charity to others through working service projects, make life long friends and so much more! |
